1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on CalFlow.dev, hosting booking profiles, list products, or registering client appointments, you agree to comply with these terms. If you act on behalf of a team workspace, you represent that you possess organizational authority.
2. Service Tiers & Seat Allocations
Standard tiers provide single-seat scheduling capabilities. Team workspaces (Business/Enterprise) allow seat additions, centralized invoicing, and shared dashboard analytics. Workspace owners are financially responsible for invited member seats.
3. Booking Monetization & Stripe Connect
SaaS users collecting consulting fees upfront agree to link active Stripe accounts. CalFlow collects 0% platform commissions but is not liable for client booking cancellations, Stripe Connect disputes, or refund logistics.
4. Content Rules & Storefront File Limits
Products listed on your Storefront must not violate IP rights, contain malicious malware, or distribute illegal content. Intake attachments uploaded to Cloudflare R2 must conform to isolated account size limits. We reserve the right to suspend workspaces in breach.
5. Infrastructure Availability & Disclaimer
CalFlow is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA on Enterprise tiers, standard plans carry no explicit warranties for sync latency or database data storage.
